In TKC, the students earn “class stars” for outstanding behavior! Working hard, being kind, and showing GRIT earns the class stars.
In the month of February, the kids in TKC earned 10 class stars, and they chose to have a pizza party to celebrate! Rather than getting pizza delivered, they chose to show a little more GRIT and make their own pizza!
They rolled and stretched the dough, added sauce and toppings, then waited patiently for it to bake!
What a fun experience for these kiddos! And big shout out to Ms. Bridges for letting us use her FACS classroom!
They are already dreaming up their next class reward, and possible baking experience!
