15 spellers gathered on stage yesterday afternoon for the 2026 Bonner School Spelling Bee. Students in grades 5-8th grade competed for the title of Spelling Bee Champ! After 15 rounds, Brynja, a 6th grader, came out on top, squeaking by second-place finisher Abby T., in 8th grade. Congrats to all of the spellers, you all showed GRIT up there in front of your peers spelling HARD words! Brynja and Abby will move on to the Missoula County Spelling Bee-- way to go LUMBERJACKS!
