We had a fantastic time in the Five Valleys Honor Band this year, rehearsing with students from various schools, going on tour and performing for people in the surrounding areas of Missoula. We had two awesome Bonner students participate in the group this year, and I am so proud of them!

Mrs. Trump's TK class started a unit about animals. We are starting off the unit by talking about our favorite animals and practicing our fine motor skills by building them out of Playdoh. Once students were done building, they shared with their peers about their creations.
TK is so much fun!!

Congratulations to our Battle of the Books teams! I am so proud of all the work each of them put into the competition this year.

Girls Basketball 2024

Mrs. Vogel's first grade class had a wonderful visit to the Montana Natural History Center. The students became "skull detectives" by identifying various animal skulls by looking closely and using different animal features as clues.

Mrs. Zentgraf's 3rd graders had a tasty fraction lesson this week! We used Cheeze-Its to help us understand fractions on a number line.

Hello Bonner Families! See the attached flyer for details on FREE FOOD over spring break!

Missoula Food Bank & Community Center is excited to share the Fresh Food Box delivery program as a resource for Bonner families! Fresh Food Box is a once/month delivery program on the last Thursday of each month, containing a rotating variety of fruits, vegetables, dairy, bread, and proteins. Customers pay $7 for a small box, or $15 for a large box, or if paid with SNAP dollars, $4.25 for a small box, and $10.75 for a large box. All customers receive their first delivery free of charge. Though this is a paid-for program, customers will receive food at a more affordable cost than what they'll find at grocery stores, with the added convenience of home deliveries. Customers must be home to receive their delivery for proper food safety. Deliveries happen 9am-noon, and 5-7pm upon request. Click here for more information and an application: https://5il.co/2fua6

Students in 4N have been working hard on researching their favorite Montana animal. They wrote reports and then created a presentation to share with the class. 5N also read their reports and left positive feedback for my class to read!
